Estranged from his family for years, secular Noah meets with his Hasidic siblings in the heart of the Mea Shearim neighborhood in Jerusalem. A tense gathering follows as the family disclose the will of their recently deceased patriarch.

Avishai Sivan is an Israeli filmmaker, visual artist and published author. Sivan’s first feature film, “The Wanderer” premiered at the Cannes Film Festival 2010 in the Directors’ Fortnight section. he is perhaps most known for his third feature film, “Tikkun”, which won the Silver Leopard Special Jury Award, a Special Mention for Cinematography, and the IFFS Don Quixote Prize at the Locarno Film Festival in 2015, as well as Best Feature, Best Screenplay, Best cinematography and Best Actor (Khalifa Natour) at the Jerusalem Film Festival 2015. the film was sold for distribution in the USA and France. It was commercially screened in Israel after winning the Ophir Award for Best Cinematography by the Israeli Academy of Film and Television. Currently, Sivan is working on two full length feature films, “Lot’s Wife” and “An Ocean of Tears”, both at casting and fund-raising stages.
